Early Years Professional
Eleri Watson Early Years Professional & Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator Early Years Professional Status & BA(Hons) Acting
Eleri is a graduate level practitioner who leads the Early Years Foundation Stage throughout the nursery.
Eleri's role includes:
- Phonics & Numeracy sessions with the Chicks
- Language groups with Fledglings
- Monitoring & Tracking of all the children's development
- Support of unqualified and newly qualified staff
- Identifying and supporting those children with Special Educational Needs
- Organising transitions from Chicks to School
- Liaising with other settings and the Services for Young Children in Hampshire
Vicky Soos Senior Nursery Nurse (Hatchlings) CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education
Vicky oversees the staff and children in Hatchlings. She is currently studying for her Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies with Winchester University.
