We understand how important it is for you to have the right level of communication with those who care for your children. You can expect:
- Regular parents' evenings to speak with your child's key person and view their development profile.
- Newsletters & Emails from the nursery informing you of events, new developments and the topics your children will be covering.
- Password protected parents' page on the website
- Parents' noticeboard in the entrance area.
- A verbal handover at the end of every session, ensuring you are aware of how your child has spent their time with us, including those all important details such as how much the have eaten, when they have slept and nappies/toilet training.
- Nest children have a 'home/nursery' book. A summary of your child's day will be written into this book. Any messages you need to pass on to us can be written into this book.
- You will be able to make an appointment to speak more formally to any member of staff.
