Admissions

We have limited places in the Nest from February 2013
and the Hatchlings from October 2012.

There are three ways of making intital contact:

We will offer you an appointment to come and visit the nursery and discuss the availability of places.  We require children to take a minimum of 2 full days or 3 half days per week (half day sessions are for children in the Fledglings & Chicks only)

If you would like to apply for a place you will be asked to complete and return our admission form and terms and conditions with an administration fee of £50.  If a place is available either the first months fees or a deposit is due:

  • Start dates within 3 months - the first month's fees less the administration fee must be paid in full within 7 days upon receipt of a confirmation letter and invoice.
  • Start dates more than 3 months in the future - a deposit equal to £100 per session per week must be paid in full within 7 days upon receipt of a confirmation letter and invoice.  This deposit and administration fee will be credited against the first month's fees


Cancellation Prior to Start Date

  • If you decline to accept a place that has been offered the administration fee of £50 will be retained
  • If you give 3 month's or more notice before the child's start date the deposit is refundable less the £50 administration fee.
  • If you give less than 3 month's notice all fees/deposit are non-refundable.


Waiting List

If places are not currently available your child will be placed on the external waiting list.  When a place becomes available within a suitable age group, parents of a child at the top of the waiting list will be contacted and offered a place according to the start date required.

Nursery places are subject to availability and staffing levels.
