Eleri Watson Early Years Professional & Head of 2 to 5s Early Years Professional Status & BA(Hons) Acting
Eleri is a graduate level practitioner who leads the Early Years Foundation Stage throughout the nursery. Eleri spends half her time working directly with the children in Chicks and Fledglings and the other half modelling best practice and supporting other staff.
Sam Henson Senior Nursery Nurse (Fledglings) NVQ 3 in Children's Care Learning & Development
Sam oversees the staff and children in the Fledglings. Her daughter Mia, is in Hatchlings. Sam is currently studying for her Level 4 qualification through the Open University.
Nhena Bacon Senior Nursery Nurse (The Nest) NVQ 3 in Children's Care Learning & Development
Nhena oversees the staff and children in the Nest. She is currently studying for her Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies with Winchester University.

Kayleigh has recently completed her level 5 Foundation Degree. She supports Vicky in overseeing Hatchlings children and staff. Kayleigh is engaged to Mark and is getting married in August 2012.
Amy Bower Nursery Nurse Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children & Young People
Amy has just completed her level 3 childcare diploma with Peter Symonds'. She has a level 1 chilcare certificate and has spent time volunteering in Barton Stacey Primary School. Amy is engaged to Ian and they are expecting their first child in July.

Sarah recently graduated with a 2:1 in Psychology and has spent time travelling in South East Asia & Australia. In the future Sarah would like to become a children's play therapist.

Leanne has re-joined the Nest after taking a 5 month break to work as a children's holiday rep abroad. Leanne has had a variety of experience caring for young children.
