Michelle Goldthorp Nursery Nurse Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare
Michelle has worked for the last 7 years as a nursery nurse. She has just relocated to the area with her husband who is in the army and is due to have her first child in May 2012. Michelle supports Rebecca in the Chicks.

Michelle Lewis Nursery Nurse Level 4 Certificate in Early Years Practice - on maternity leave
Michelle has just completed her level 4 childcare qualification through the Open University. She has worked previously as a youth worker and sports co-ordinator for county councils. Michelle is currently on maternity leave and gave birth to Megan Louise in October.
Lizzie Piercy Senior Nursery Nurse BA(Hons) Education Studies (Early Years)
Lizzie has an Education Studies degree specialising in Early Years at Winchester University. She supports Liana in leading the Fledglings room.
Abi Payne Nursery Assistant
Abi initally held the position of lunchtime maternity cover, but has now moved into a permanent position within the Fledglings. Abi has had a wide range of experience working with both young and older children.
Liana Musselwhite Room Leader NVQ Level 4 in Childcare & Management
Liana is a very experienced early years practitioner having worked in childcare for over 12 years. Liana is returning to a senior position after having her daughter Imogen. Liana oversees the staff and children in Fledglings.
Rachel Swan Nursery Nurse Level 3 Diploma in Childcare
Rachel qualified 3 years ago and has been working as a supervisor in a creche. She works full time in Fledglings.
Rebecca Fahey Early Years Teacher & Room Leader BA(Hons) Education (Early Years) with QTS
Rebecca is an Early Years Teacher who has recently joined us to lead the Chicks room. Rebecca trained at Chichester and has completed teaching practices in Year 2, 1, Reception and Nursery classes.
Hayley Angel-Tapley Nursery Assistant Level 1 Introduction to Childcare
Hayley has recently completed her level 1 childcare course and will begin her level 3 diploma in the near future. Hayley works full time in Fledglings
